基于“三维五法”的新冠肺炎疫情后中医热病教学改革思考

Reflection on Traditional Chinese Medicine Pyreticosis Teaching Reform after COVID-19 Pandemic Based on"Three Dimensional and Five Methods"

后新冠肺炎疫情时代,对中医学学科的发展带来了新的挑战和需求。疫病属于中医热病范畴,现今有关中医热病课程的教学缺乏主体课程依托、分布较为分散,中医热病的教学体系化程度有待提高。"三维五法"指通过以"课程思政改革为引领,以中医热病教学内容改革为主体,以多学科融合为拓展"三个维度明确中医热病教学改革实践的方向,以"明确主要依托课程、配套课程体系建设、教材建设、科研教学活动、临床教学活动"的"五法"丰富中医热病教学改革内涵。基于"三维五法"的中医热病教学改革实践与思考能够部分满足中医热病课程增长需求,培养中医热病人才。

The post-COVID-19 pandemic era has brought new challenges and demands to the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)discipline.Pandemic diseases belong to the category of TCM Pyreticosis.Nowadays,the teaching of TCM pyreticosis courses lacks the support of the main courses,and the distribution of TCM pyreticosis courses is relatively scattered.The systematization of TCM pyreticosis teaching needs to be improved."Three Dimensional"means to clarify the direction of teaching reform and practice of TCM pyreticosis by curriculum ideological and political reform as the guide,TCM pyreticosis teaching content reform as the main body,and multi-disciplinary integration as the expansion.To enrich the connotation of TCM pyreticosis teaching reform by"Five Methods",which mainly rely on the curriculum,the construction of supporting curriculum system,the construction of teaching materials,scientific researches and teaching activities,and clinical teaching activities.The practice and thinking of teaching reform of TCM pyreticosis based on"three dimensional and five methods"can partly meet the growing demand of TCM pyreticosis courses and train TCM pyreticosis talents.
