摘要
目的:调查医学生自我管理与通用能力、专业能力的相关性。方法:采用《自我管理量表》《通用能力量表》《专业能力量表》对安徽省2577名医学生进行整体抽样调查,分析医学生自我管理与通用能力、专业能力的相关性。结果:自我管理高分组医学生通用能力、专业能力得分均高于中分组和低分组医学生(P <0.01),自我管理中分组医学生通用能力、专业能力得分高于低分组医学生(P <0.01);医学生自我管理及各因子与通用能力及各因子、专业能力及各因子均呈显著正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);自我控制、自我认知、自我激励、自我规划、自我协调进入以通用能力为因变量的回归方程,自我规划、自我控制、自我认知进入以专业能力为因变量的回归方程。结论:自我管理与通用能力、专业能力相关性显著,自我控制、自我认知、自我激励、自我规划、自我协调是通用能力正向预测源,自我规划、自我控制、自我认知是专业能力正向预测源。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between self-management and general ability and professional ability of medical students. Method: The self-management scale, General Ability Scale and Professional Ability Scale were used to sample 2,577 medical students in Anhui province to analyze the correlation between self-management and general and professional ability of medical students.Results: The scores of general ability and professional ability of medical students in the high group of self-management were higher than those in the middle group and low group(P<0.01), and the scores of general ability and professional ability of medical students in the high group of self-management were higher than those in the low group(P<0.01).Medical students’ self-management and various factors were positively correlated with their general ability, professional ablities and various factors(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Self-control, self-cognition,self-motivation, self-planning and self-coordination enter the regression equation with general ability as the dependent variable, while self-planning, self-control and self-cognition enter the regression equation with professional ability as the dependent variable. Conclusion:Self-management is significantly correlated with general ability and professional ability. Self-control, self-cognition, self-motivation, selfplanning and self-coordination are the positive predictive sources of general ability, while self-planning, self-control and self-cognition are the positive predictive sources of professional ability.
