新冠肺炎疫情防控期间医学线上实践教学的探索与思考

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,医学生暂缓返岗实习,这对医学临床实践教学工作提出了新的挑战。针对延期返岗实习的特殊情况,福建中医药大学积极探索符合医学专业特点的线上实践教学,建立"学校-基础学院-临床教学基地"三位一体的管理模式,灵活运用线上教学手段,模拟临床诊疗环境,强化学生临床思维及基本技能操作;结合疫情防控时事,推进传染性疾病防护诊疗教育、医学人文教育及中医药文化教育;提供学习资源,督促学生加强理论学习。多元化保障疫情防控期间实践教学的质量,并为今后实践教学的创新积累宝贵经验。 During the prevention and control period of COVID-19,medical students’postponement to return to practice is a new challenge to medical clinical practice teaching.In response to the special situation of postponed return to practice,Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine actively explored online practice teaching that meets the characteristics of medical specialties,established a"school-basic college-clinical teaching base"trinity management model,and flexibly used online teaching methods to simulate clinical diagnosis and treatment environment,strengthen students’clinical thinking and basic skills operation.Combined with the current situation of epidemic prevention and control,the education of infectious disease prevention diagnosis and treatment,medical humanities education and Chinese medicine culture education were being promoted.Providing learning resources could urge students to strengthen theoretical learning.Diversity ways to guarantee for the quality of practical teaching during epidemic prevention and control could accumulates valuable experience for future practical teaching innovation.
