中医药文化融入高等中医药院校新教师社会主义核心价值观培育路径探究

中医药文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。中医药文化的传承与传播是高等中医药院校新教师师德教育的重要题中之意。与此同时,中医药文化在人民大众的生活中生发,富有天然的亲和力、吸引力和感染力,并内蕴"仁、和、精、诚"等思想理念、哲学思维和价值观念,与社会主义核心价值观的内核、基质深度契合,因此能够成为高等中医药院校新教师社会主义核心价值观培育的优良资源。应依托中医药文化资源,创新高等中医药院校的新教师社会主义核心价值观培育路径,从而更为有效地提升新教师师德教育的实际效果,促使社会主义核心价值观内化为新教师的精神品质、行为习惯和人格素养,亦为"德高之师""身正之师"充分发挥立德树人的主体作用奠定深厚的思想基础。

Traditional Chinese medicine culture is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture. The inheritance and dissemination of Chinese medicine culture is an important topic in the moral education of new teachers in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine. At the same time, the culture of traditional Chinese medicine has emerged in the lives of the people. It is full of natural affinity, attraction and appeal. It also contains ideas, philosophical thinking and values such as "benevolence, harmony, precision,and honesty". The core and matrix of the core values of socialism are deeply compatible, so it can become an excellent resource for the cultivation of socialist core values for new teachers in higher institutions of Chinese medicine. Relying on the cultural resources of traditional Chinese medicine, we should innovate the new teachers’ socialist core values cultivation path in higher institutions of Chinese medicine, so as to more effectively improve the actual effect of new teachers’ moral education and promote the internalization of the socialist core values into the spirit of new teachers. Quality, behavior habits and personality qualities also lay a solid ideological foundation for the "Teacher of Virtue and Highness" and "Teacher of Body Upright" to give full play to the main role of “Lide Shuren”.
