本文结合实践工作中凸显的影响和制约高等中医药院校党建工作的一些问题和现象,就高等中医药院校党建"提质增效",领航"双一流"建设提出了强化高校党委领导职能、推动党建引领高质量学科发展、增强党建工作力量建设、延伸特色党建工作模式、拓展党建平台载体建设五个方法路径。
