改进研究生党建工作质量是提升研究生教育质量的重要保障,是推动"双一流"建设的重大举措。本研究旨在探究研究生党建质量提升"1+2+3+4"新模式,以强化"一个"基础、创新"二个"制度、搭建"三个"平台和推进"四项"建设为根本着力点,构建提升党建工作质量新机制,以期推动高校研究生党建工作质量跨越式发展。

Improving the quality of graduate party building work is an important guarantee to improve the quality of graduate education,and is a major measure to promote the construction of"double first-class"university project.This study aims to explore the"1+2+3+4"new mode of improving the quality of party building for postgraduates,to strengthen the"one"foundation,innovate the"two"system,build the"three"platform and promote the"four"construction as the fundamental point and eventually building a new system to promote the leaping development of the quality of party building for postgraduates.
