基于数字政府的智能配电网规划建设策略研究

Research on Planning and Construction Strategy of Intelligent Distribution Network based on Digital Government

随着我国信息技术的快速发展,人工智能等新兴科技推动各地公共服务发展。数字政府成为推进国家治理体系现代化的战略支撑。数字政府建设对城市基础设施服务提出更高的要求,配电网是电力系统与用户相连的环节,数字政府建设对配电网规划提出新的要求。我国电力用户停电大部分由于配电网供电不足导致,传统配单网建设方式不能满足经济增长需要,发展智能电网应以配电网为重点,需要研究加快智能配电网规划建设。阐述数字政府发展背景要求,介绍智能配电网建设技术,提出数字政府下智能配电网规划建设策略。

With the rapid development of information technology in my country,emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence promote the development of public services in various places.The digital government has become the strategic support for advancing the modernization of the national governance system.Digital government construction puts forward higher requirements for urban infrastructure services.The distribution network is the link between the power system and users.Digital government construction puts forward new requirements for distribution network planning.Most of the power outages for power users in my country are caused by the lack of national electricity in the distribution network.The traditional construction method of single distribution network cannot meet the needs of economic growth.The development of smart grids should focus on the distribution network,and it is necessary to study and speed up the planning and construction of smart distribution networks.This paper expounds the development background requirements of digital government,introduces the construction technology of intelligent distribution network,and proposes the planning and construction strategy of intelligent distribution network under digital government.
