摘要
固体电蓄热锅炉利用廉价的谷电为工业企业提供热能,可以有效降低企业电费开支。对传统固体电蓄热导热油锅炉的工艺流程进行优化,在其中引入关键设备混风器,可使换热器入口的风温保持稳定和均匀,从而使锅炉对出口油温稳定,有利于企业生产。此外,针对实际项目,提出了一种利用多根带孔圆管交错排列进行混风的混风器设计方案,并使用Autodesk CFD软件进行数值分析。数值仿真的流迹线和温度分布结果显示,所提出的混风器设计方案合理可行。该混风器在实际项目中的应用情况与设计参数一致,说明了混风器设计方案的有效性。
It is a good way to reduce electricity expenses for enterprise by using solid regenerative electric boiler which can make good use of electricity price between on-peak and off-peak.The process flow of traditional solid regenerative electric thermal oil boiler is optimized by using air mixer to keep the air temperature at the inlet of the heat exchanger stable and uniform,so that the heating power of the boiler is stable,which is beneficial to enterprise production.Then,an air mixer design scheme is proposed for an actual project and numerical simulation analysis is performed by using the software Autodesk CFD.The simulation results indicate that the design scheme of the air mixer for solid regenerative electric thermal oil boiler is reasonable and feasible.Finally,the application results of the air mixer in actual project are consistent with the design parameters,which shows the effectiveness of the air mixer design scheme.
