摘要
发电厂锅炉燃烧过程中,因受热面积灰结渣给锅炉运行安全和效率带来不利影响。采用锅炉智能吹灰系统,以在线锅炉热力计算模块对锅炉热力进行计算,对锅炉受热面积灰因子进行动态显示,采用漏光系数对水冷壁的积灰程度进行表征,对受热面积灰程度和积灰热阻进行分析,实时反映锅炉各受热面积灰程度。以智能吹灰系统监测分析信息作为吹灰方案依据,设计锅炉受热面吹灰清洁方案,节约能耗并实现良好的锅炉吹灰效果。
In the combustion process of power plant boiler,the ash slagging on the heating area has an adverse impact on the boiler operation safety and efficiency.The boiler intelligent soot blowing system is used to calculate the boiler heat with the online boiler thermal calculation module,dynamically display the ash factor of the boiler heating area,characterize the ash accumulation degree of the water wall with the light leakage coefficient,analyze the ash degree of the heating area and the ash accumulation thermal resistance,and reflect the ash degree of each heating area of the boiler in real time.Based on the monitoring and analysis information of intelligent soot blowing system,the soot blowing cleaning scheme of boiler heating surface is designed to save energy consumption and achieve good soot blowing effect.
