FCB功能对维护电力系统的安全稳定运行,保证电能质量,减少因电网故障导致大面积停电带来的损失有重要作用。通过多年探讨和政策支持,我国有部分火电机组已具备FCB功能且纳入了电网黑启动电源,但大容量机组的FCB实际应用经验还不成熟。本文针对FCB功能在一拖一多轴机组的应用过程及情况,对FCB的试验、动作过程、影响因素等进行分析研究,希望能为促进FCB功能的优化、推广提供依据。

The FCB function plays an important role in maintaining the safe and stable operation of the power system,ensuring the power quality,and reducing the losses caused by large-scale power outages caused by power grid failures.After years of discussion and policy support,some thermal power units in my country have FCB functions and have incorporated the power grid black-start power supply,but the practical application experience of FCB for large-capacity units is not yet mature.In this paper,according to the application process and situation of FCB function of one-to-one multiaxis unit,the test,action process and influencing factors of FCB are analyzed and studied,hoping to provide a basis for promoting the optimization and promotion of FCB function.
