电厂循环流化床锅炉结焦原因与预防措施研究

摘要 循环流化床锅炉是一种新型的环保型设备,具有很多优点:有效地减少煤燃烧,降低对环境污染,提高燃料利用率,改善热效率和经济性,符合国家双碳发展趋势。循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程产生大量热量,这些热能会使燃料中可燃成分发生变化,从而影响到设备和管道等方面,导致炉膛结焦现象发生,造成灰渣高热值低以及床温升高过高等不良后果,严重影响着机组的安全稳定运行。文章主要针对循环流化床炉膛结焦的现象、原因以及预防措施进行分析。 Circulating fluidized bed boiler is a new type of environmental protection equipment,has many advantages:effectively reduce coal combustion,reduce environmental pollution,improve fuel utilization rate,improve thermal efficiency and economy,in line with the national double carbon development trend.Circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion process generates a lot of heat,these heat will make the fuel combustible components change,which affects the equipment and pipelines and other aspects,resulting in furnace coking phenomenon,resulting in high ash and slag calorific value is low and bed temperature rise is too high adverse consequences,seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit.In this paper,the coking phenomenon,causes and preventive measures of circulating fluidized bed furnace are analyzed.
