摘要
随着中国铁路的不断发展,铁路电力设备采取“线路入地,设备进屋”理念,高压开关柜的数目越来越多。受南方湿气、柜底电缆井内酸碱性污水、柜内温度变化等因素影响,高压开关柜常出现凝露现象,造成电缆头爬电、金属生锈、设备短路等故障,严重影响了设备的安全运行。文章以不同新型防凝露材料为研究对象,探讨防凝露材料在铁路高压开关柜应用的实际效果,以提升铁路电力设备质量,保障高铁和旅客列车安全稳定运行。
With the continuous development of China’s railways,the railway power equipment adopts the concept of“line into the ground,equipment into the house”,and the number of high-voltage switchgear is increasing.Affected by factors such as southern humidity,acid-base sewage in the cable well at the bottom of the cabinet,and temperature changes in the cabinet,condensation often occurs in the high-voltage switchgear,resulting in cable head creepage,metal rust,equipment short-circuit and other faults,which seriously affect the equipment.safe operation.This paper takes different new anti-condensation materials as the research objects,and discusses the actual effect of anti-condensation materials in railway high-voltage switchgear,so as to improve the quality of railway power equipment and ensure the safe and stable operation of high-speed rail and passenger trains.
