党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕着实现中国式现代化提出了一系列新理论、新思想、新论断,其中关于中国式现代化的领导力量和依靠力量、任务目标、战略步骤、指导原则、历史方位、路径选择、外部环境等方面的新概念、新范畴和新表述,从话语体系建构问题的提出、主题、主体、方式、内容和语境等方面,构建起体现中国特色和中国智慧的新时代中国式现代化话语体系,深刻阐明了中国式现代化话语"为何说、为谁说、谁在说、如何说、说什么以及语言环境"等方面的问题。新时代中国式现代化话语体系的建构,有助于增强中国式现代化的话语自信,提升实现中华民族伟大复兴的底气、志气和信心。

Since the 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new theories,new thinking and new assertions on realizing Chinese-style modernization.Among them,the new concepts,new categories and new expressions from the aspects of the leading and dependent forces,mission objectives,strategic steps,guiding principles,historical orientation,path selection and external environment of Chinese-style modernization.From the aspects of the proposal,theme,subject,method,content,and context of discourse system construction.Building a Chinese-style modernization discourse system with Chinese characteristics and Chinese wisdom in the new era.Deeply expounds the problems of Chinese-style modernization discourse,such as "why to speak,for whom to speak,who is speaking,how to speak,what to say and language environment." The construction of the discourse system of Chinese-style modernization in the new era is helpful to enhance the discourse confidence of Chinese-style modernization and enhance the confidence,ambition and confidence of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
