先锋代表制:一个中国特色新政治概念的提出与解析

Vanguard-Representation System: the Proposal and Investigation of a New Concept with Chinese Characteristics

作为社会运行中的必要机制之一,代表具有一种为政治场域的现实秩序奠定正当性的构成作用,广义的代表制就是对这种正当性构成的制度表达。区别于西方语境中的选举代表制,中国的先锋代表制是以与之迥异的机理运转的。对先锋代表制的考察,主要涉及三个层面:在先锋代表制的制度内核中,党之所以能够作为代表者出场,在于党的先锋队属性及其长效维护;在先锋代表制的构成作用中,随着党作为代表者的出场,当代中国政治场域在党的全面领导下形成了独特的性质、界限与结构;在先锋代表制的制度组成中,组成先锋代表制的各项制度以持续推进党的自我革命为首要内容,需要在“党和国家”的整体维度予以阐明。

As the fundamental mechanism of social operation,"representation" plays a constructive role in establishing legitimacy for the realistic order in the political field.The broader representational system is an institutionalized expression of the role in establishing legitimacy.Differed from election-representation system in western contexts,vanguard-representation system of China operates in a different way.The Investigation of vanguard-representation system dissertates in the following three aspects:in the aspects of the operation of vanguard-representation system,the Party appears as a representative based on the Party’s attribute of vanguard;in the aspects of the function of vanguard-representation system,with the appearance of the Party as a representative,contemporary Chinese political field has formed a unique nature,boundary and structure under the Party’s overall leadership;in the aspects of the constitution of vanguard-representation system,the internal composition of the vanguard-representation system aimed at continuously promoting Party’s self-revolution,which should be approached on an overall dimension in "the Party and state".
