From the perspective of party organization transformation,it is already a main trend that political parties in European countries develop from mass parties to catch-all parties or cartel parties.Although the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia still sticks to being a mass party, but in fact moves towards the above-mentioned trend due to various internal and external factors. At present, the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia is faced with challenges and threats in the process of organization development, such as the recession of grassroots organizations, the lack of cooperation with other social organizations, and the loss of party members. The Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia has taken some measures to resolve these problems, including recruiting new members, enlarging the party’s voter base, and strengthening the party’s propaganda techniques. In the age of globalization and information, the future development of the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia depends on whether its organization reformation can adapt to changes in the environment and provide stable organization guarantee for electoralmobilization to a large extent.
