安胃疡胶囊联合雷贝拉唑对消化性胃溃疡患者胃肠道菌群分布与胃黏膜屏障功能的影响

Effects of Anweiyang Capsules combined with rabeprazoleon on distribution of gastrointestinal floras and gastricmucosal barrier function in patients with peptic gastric ulcer

目的观察安胃疡胶囊联合雷贝拉唑对消化性胃溃疡患者胃肠道菌群分布与胃黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法将我院收治的消化性胃溃疡患者92例随机分为对照组与观察组各46例,对照组予以雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上予以安胃疡胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、幽门螺杆菌根除率、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、粪便涂片球杆比、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGI)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)及PGⅠ/PGⅡ、不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组幽门螺杆菌根除率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-2水平高于对照组,IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组球菌≥40%者少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PGI及PGⅠ/PGⅡ高于对照组,PGⅡ低于对照组;两组不良反应情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论安胃疡胶囊联合雷贝拉唑治疗消化性胃溃疡临床疗效好,可以降低炎症反应,调节胃肠道菌群平衡,增强胃黏膜屏障功能,安全性好,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the effects of Anweiyang Capsules combined with rabeprazole on the distribution of gastrointestinal floras and gastric mucosal barrier function in patients with peptic gastric ulcer.Methods Ninety-two patients with peptic gastric ulcer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group each 46 cases.The control group was treated with rabeprazole,while treatment group was additionally treated with Anweiyang Capsules.The clinical curative effect,eradication rate of(Hp),levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6),proportion of cocci and bacilli in stool smear,pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ),pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ),PGⅠ/PGⅡand adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);eradication rate of Hp in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);IL-2 level in treatment group was higher than that in control group,while IL-6 level was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the number of cases with cocci≥40%in treatment group was less than that in control group(P<0.05);PGⅠand PGⅠ/PGⅡin treatment group were higher than those in control group,while PGⅡwas lower than that in control group;there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Anweiyang Capsules combined with rabeprazole is good on peptic gastric ulcer,which can reduce inflammation response,adjust the balance of gastrointestinal flora and enhance gastric mucosal barrier function,with good safety.
