The role of LncRNA in colorectal cancer

早期诊断和及时就医可以降低结直肠癌(CRC)患者的死亡率和改善患者的生活质量及预后。越来越多的证据表明长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)可以作为癌基因或抗癌基因以及各种癌症的生物标志物,与中药联合治疗发挥作用。本文总结梳理近年关于LncRNA在结直肠癌发生发展中充当抑癌基因、原癌基因及诊断预后标志物作用、与中药联合治疗的研究,探讨LncRNA作用机制,为LncRNA作为结直肠癌诊断、治疗及评估预后等生物靶点提供理论依据。

Absrtacts:Early diagnosis and timely medical treatment can reduce the mortality and improve the quality of life for patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).More and more evidences show that LncRNA can play a role as oncogenes or anti-cancer genes,biomarkers in various cancers,and combined therapy with traditional Chinese medicine.This article summarized and collated the research on the role of LncRNA as tumor suppressor gene,proto oncogene and diagnostic and prognostic marker in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer in recent years,and discussed the mechanism of LncRNA in combination with traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide a theoretical basis for LncRNA as a biological target for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
