摘要
目的 在成年人群中评估咖啡摄入频率与抑郁症状的关联。方法 以2013-2015年“天津慢性低度系统性炎症与健康队列”研究的19,224名成年人为对象。使用食物频率问卷评估咖啡摄入频率;通过自评抑郁量表评估抑郁症状;采用多元Logistic回归评估咖啡摄入与抑郁症状的关联。结果 总人群抑郁症状患病率为35.2%。调整混杂因素后,咖啡摄入频率[杯(200ml)]≤1/w、2-3/w和≥4/w者抑郁症状的比值比(95%置信区间)在总人群中为1.00、0.97 (0.84,1.12)和1.11 (1.07, 1.27)(趋势性P<0.01);在男性人群中为1.00、1.00 (0.81, 1.23)和1.25 (1.02, 1.53)(趋势性P<0.01);在女性人群中为1.00、0.93 (0.76, 1.13)和0.99 (0.82, 1.18)(趋势性P=0.73)。结论 在总人群和男性人群中,过高的咖啡摄入频率(≥4/w)与抑郁症状呈正相关。[营养学报,2022,44(1):19-24]
Objective To assess the association between coffee intake frequency and depressive symptoms in an adult population. Methods 19 224 adults were recruited during 2013-2015 from the Tianjin Chronic Low-grade Systemic Inflammation and Health Cohort Study. Coffee intake frequency was evaluated using the food frequency questionnaire, and depressive symptoms were assessed using the Self-Rating Depression Scale. The association between coffee intake and depressive symptoms was assessed by multiple logistic regression. Results The prevalence of depressive symptoms was 35.2% in total population. After adjusting for confounding factors, the odds ratios(95% confidence intervals) of depressive symptoms across coffee intake frequency [cup(200ml)] were 1.00, 0.97(0.84, 1.12), and 1.11(1.07, 1.27)(P for trend<0.01)in total population, 1.00, 1.00(0.81, 1.23), and 1.25(1.02, 1.53)(P for trend<0.01) in males, 1.00, 0.93(0.76, 1.13), and 0.99(0.82, 1.18)(P for trend=0.73) in females, for ≤1/week, 2-3/week, and ≥4/week. Conclusion Higher coffee intake frequency(≥4/week) was positively associated with depressive symptoms in total population and males. [ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA,2022, 44(1):19-24]
