摘要
目的 探讨铁和维生素 D(VD)对孕期 SD 大鼠的贫血是否存在交互作用。方法 24 只雌性 SD 大鼠适应性喂养 7d 后,按体质量随机分为正常组(+Fe+VD:Fe=181.6 mg/kg,VD_(3)=2250 IU/kg,)、缺维生素 D 组(+Fe-VD:Fe=181.6 mg/kg,VD_(3)=0 IU/kg,)、缺铁组(-Fe+VD:Fe=24.2 mg/kg,VD_(3)=2250 IU/kg,)、缺铁缺维生素 D 组(-Fe-VD:Fe=24.2 mg/kg,VD_(3)=0 IU/kg)4 组,每组 6 只。8w 后,雌雄鼠 1:1 合笼。孕鼠 GD18d 时,用 2%戊巴比妥钠溶液进行腹腔注射麻醉,腹主动脉取血。结果 血清铁(serum iron, SI)和血清铁蛋白(serum ferritin, SF)在+Fe+VD、+Fe-VD、-Fe+VD、-Fe-VD 组依次降低;血清可溶性转铁蛋白受体水平(serum soluble transferrin receptor,sTfR)在各组依次升高;与+Fe+VD 组相比,-Fe-VD 组的血清 25-(OH)D_(3)水平较低(P<0.01);与+Fe+VD 组相比,其他各组血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、红细胞数目(number of red blood cells,RBC)、红细胞压积(hematocrit,HCT)、平均红细胞体积(mean red blood cell volume,MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(average red blood cell hemoglobin content,MCH)等的水平均较低(P<0.05);与+Fe+VD 组相比,其他各组的红细胞分布宽度变异系数(coefficient of variation of red blood cell distribution width,RDW)水平均较高(P<0.001)。铁和维生素 D_(3)交互作用在 Hb、RBC、HCT、RDW、MCV、MCH、MCHC 水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在妊娠期贫血发展进程中,铁与维生素 D_(3)可能存在交互作用。[营养学报,2022,44(1):52-56]
Objective To find out whether there is any interaction between iron and vitamin D in anemia in SD rats during pregnancy. Methods After being adaptively fed for 7 days, 24 female SD rats were randomly divided into groups according to body weight: the normal group (+Fe+VD: Fe=181.6mg/kg, VD_(3)=2250IU/kg), the vitamin D deficiency group(+Fe-VD: Fe=181.6mg/kg, VD_(3)=0IU/kg), the iron deficiency group (-Fe+VD: Fe=24.2mg/kg, VD_(3)=2250IU/kg), the iron deficiency and vitamin D deficiency group (-Fe-VD: Fe= 24.2mg/kg, VD_(3)=0IU/kg),with 6 rats in each group. After 8 weeks of feeding, the female and male mice were pair-caged. On the 18th day of GD, pregnant rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection with 2% sodium pentobarbital solution, and blood was taken from the abdominal aorta. Results Serum iron (SI) and ferritin (SF) in the +Fe+VD, +Fe-VD, -Fe+VD, and -Fe-VD groups were sequentially decreased. The level of serum soluble transferrin receptor (sTfR) increased in turn in each group. The serum 25-(OH)D_(3)level in the -Fe-VD group was lower than in the +Fe+VD group (P<0.01). The levels of Hb, RBC, HCT, MCV, MCH and MCHC in the other groups were lower than in the +Fe+VD group (P<0.05), but the RDW level in the other groups was higher than in the+Fe+VD group (P<0.001). The difference in the levels of Hb, RBC, HCT, RDW, MCV, MCH, and MCHC related to the interactions between iron and vitamin D_(3) was statistically significant (P<0.05).
