摘要
偶氮苯与具有光致异构结构的底物分子构建出具有光响应功能的GPx人工酶;葫芦[6]脲分子和丁二胺分子组成的准轮烷为p H响应的GPx人工酶提供了基础;通过共混工艺并将PINPAM链段用嵌段聚合的方式引入含有具有活性中心的分子中使得GPx人工酶获得了温敏性。对近年来所构建出的具有刺激响应的智能人工模拟酶的设计思路与作用机理进行了综述,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
Intelligent glutathione peroxidase(GPx) is an important antioxidant enzyme, which plays an irreplaceable role in regulating the concentration of reactive oxygen species. In order to explore the relationship between the function of intelligent GPx and the external factors, and to develop related drugs, many efforts have been made to develop the simulation of controllable intelligent GPx artificial enzyme. These intelligent artificial enzyme models all use stimulus response materials whose structure and properties can be changed by the change of external conditions.The available stimulus response methods include temperature response, pH response, light response and other stimulus responses. In this paper, the recent development of intelligent artificial enzymes with stimulation response was reviewed, and the future development trend was prospected.
