摘要 燃料乙醇作为一种成熟的汽油替代能源,其生产过程节能技术受到广泛关注。通常燃料乙醇生产的能耗费用约占产品总成本的45%-60%,其中主要以蒸汽、水耗和电耗为主。以降低单位乙醇产品能耗为指标,详细分析了淀粉质原料生产燃料乙醇过程中各工段的能耗分布,综合对比了不同工艺技术、不同节能技术产生的能量消耗,以期降低企业的运行成本,为我国燃料乙醇行业市场竞争力的提升提供借鉴。 Fuel ethanol, as a mature alternative energy source for gasoline, has attracted wide attention for its production energy-saving technology. Generally, the energy consumption cost of fuel ethanol production accounts for about 45%-60% of the product processing cost, mainly including steam, water and electricity consumption. In order to reduce the energy consumption per unit ethanol product, the energy consumption distribution of each section in the process of producing fuel ethanol from starch raw materials was analyzed in detail. The energy consumption produced by different technology and energy saving technology was compared comprehensively in order to reduce the operating cost of enterprises and provide reference for improving the market competitiveness of fuel ethanol industry in China.
