研究生党员发挥先锋模范作用符合自身发展的需要,也是学校党建工作必不可少的环节,更是我们党保持先进性和纯洁性的重要内容。当前,研究生党员发挥先锋模范作用状况总体向好,但还存在与群众联系不够紧密、对党的最新理论方针政策关注度不够、开展批评与自我批评不够、生活及工作上发挥先锋模范作用不够的问题。切实提升研究生党员发挥先锋模范作用的成效,必须搭建研究生党员联系平台,完善密切联系群众机制;注重发挥研究生党员在教育培训中的主体性,增强学习的主动性;提高认识,努力推进批评与自我批评常态化;完善相关激励机制,争做先锋模范。

Exemplary vanguard and model role played by postgraduate party members is in line with the needs of their own development,which is an essential part of the party building in schools,but also an important part of our party to maintain its advancement and purity.At present,the situation of postgraduate members playing the exemplary vanguard and model role is generally good,but there are still problems of insufficient contact with the masses,lacking of enough attention to the latest theories and policies of the Party,insufficient criticism and self-criticism,and inadequate exemplary role in life and work.To effectively enhance the effectiveness of exemplary vanguard and model role played by postgraduate party members,it is necessary to build a platform for postgraduate party members for contacting and improving the mechanism of close contact with the masses;focus on playing the subjectivity of postgraduate party members in education and training to enhance the initiative in learning;raise awareness and strive to promote the normalization of criticism and self-criticism;improve the relevant incentive mechanism and strive to be exemplary vanguard and models.
