烷基糖苷储存温度及H_(2)O_(2)含量对产品色泽的影响

Effects of Storage Temperature and H_(2)O_(2) Content on APG Color

用色度仪和化学滴定法分别测定烷基糖苷的色泽和H_(2)O_(2)的残量,考察不同温度及不同H_(2)O_(2)残量对烷基糖苷色泽的影响。结果表明,45℃及以下条件下,烷基糖苷的色泽稳定性良好;漂色剂H_(2)O_(2)的残量在150×10^(-6)~300×10^(-6)时,产品色泽稳定性良好,并且对产品的pH影响较小。

Colorimeter and chemical titration were used to determine the color and H_(2)O_(2)content of alkyl polyglycosides(APG).The effects of different temperatures and different H_(2)O_(2)content on the color of APG were investigated.The results showed that APG had good color stability at 45℃and below.When the content of H_(2)O_(2)in APG is 150×10^(-6)~300×10^(-6),the color stability of the product is good,and the pH of the product has little influence.
