Recovery of Valsartan from Crystallization Mother Liquor of Valsartan

通过酯化反应将缬沙坦结晶母液中含有的缬沙坦及其手性异构体制备成缬沙坦甲酯和缬沙坦甲酯异构体,利用结晶、过滤分离除去缬沙坦甲酯异构体,然后将滤液与氢氧化钠溶液混合,进行水解反应制备得到缬沙坦。

Valsartan and its chiral isomers contained in the mother liquor of valsartan crystallization were prepared into valsartan methyl ester and valsartan methyl ester isomers by esterification.Valsartan methyl ester isomers were separated by crystallization and filtration,and then the filtrate was mixed with sodium hydroxide solution to prepare valsartan by hydrolysis.
