摘要
水泥中氯离子含量检测方法较多,仅对磷酸蒸馏-汞盐滴定法和电位滴定法检测方法的原理、优缺点、适用范围、分析测试结果稳定性和数据准确度等方面进行详细的分析研究。实验结果表明,电位滴定法是一种检测范围广,实验数据准确度高,实验重复性好,可保证检测数据的准确性、可靠性以及满足国家标准要求的检测方法。
There are many methods for detecting chloride ion content in cement.Through analyzing the mechanism of phosphoric acid distillation-mercury titration and potentiometric titration method,advantages and disadvantages,scope of application,stability of analytical test results,and the data accuracy in the detection methods of two methods were indicated.The experimental results show that the potentiometric titration method had relatively better practicabilities and accuracies for measuring chloride ion content in cement.While the method had a large detection range,higher accuracies,and better repeatability in its determination results,which can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the detection data and the requirements of national standards.
