气相色谱-质谱联用法测定土壤中8种环境内分泌干扰物

摘要 目前内分泌干扰物在全球被普遍使用,随着迁移和富集,广泛存在于土壤中,对人类健康和生态环境带来了巨大威胁。为了更好地预防环境内分泌干扰物的危害,解决其污染问题,需要找到较为合适的环境内分泌干扰物检测方法。采用气相色谱-质谱联用法,测定土壤环境内分泌干扰物,样品经过丙酮-二氯甲烷混合溶剂索氏提取后,用旋转蒸发仪浓缩,经硅酸镁柱净化后,氮吹定容制得试样,然后上机分析。经结果验证,该方式加标回收率74.6%~91.1%,各组分检出限为0.02 mg/kg~0.12 mg/kg。 At present,endocrine disruptors are widely used all over the world.Along with migration and enrichment,they exist widely in soil,posing a huge threat to human health and ecological environment.In order to better prevent the harm of environmental endocrine disruptors and solve their pollution problems,we need to find a more suitable detection method for environmental endocrine disruptors.In this paper,the soil environmental endocrine disruptors were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The samples were extracted by Soxhlet with acetone-dichloromethane mixed solvent,concentrated by rotary evaporator,purified by magnesium silicate column,and prepared by nitrogen blowing to constant volume.The sample is then analyzed on the machine.The results verified that the recovery rate of this method was 74.6~91.1%,and the detection limit of each component was 0.02 mg/kg~0.12 mg/kg.
