提高氯化石蜡副产品盐酸附加值的工艺方法研究

Study on the Process of Increasing the Added Value of Hydrochloric Acid in a By-product of Chlorinated Paraffin

为了提升氯化石蜡的清洁、环保要求,从氯化石蜡副产品盐酸的生产角度出发,对氯化石蜡副产品盐酸整个生产过程中对其品质造成影响的因素进行了探讨分析,并且设计了一种副产盐酸的精制工艺,以提升其产品质量。最终结果表明:副产盐酸的颜色由浅黄色提高至无色;含油量由100×10^(-6)可以降低至5×10^(-6)以下;盐酸浓度最高可提至36%以上;符合工业盐酸标准。

In order to improve the cleaning and environmental protection requirements of chlorinated paraffin,from the perspective of the production of chlorinated paraffin by-product hydrochloric acid,this paper discusses and analyzes the factors affecting its quality in the whole production process of chlorinated paraffin by-product hydrochloric acid,and designs a refining process of by-product hydrochloric acid to improve its product quality.The final results showed that the color of by-product hydrochloric acid increased from light yellow to colorless.Oil content from 100×10^(-6) can be reduced to below 5×10^(-6).The concentration of hydrochloric acid can be increased to more than 36%,which meets the industrial hydrochloric acid standard.
