Preliminary Discussion on Gas Water Pre-separation of Crushed Coal Pressurized Gasification Process

碎煤加压气化工艺以其工艺技术成熟、可靠,广泛应用于大型煤化工项目中,在运行中衍生的煤气化废水组分非常复杂,处理过程包括预分离、酚和氨的回收、生化处理等。从煤气化废水预处理角度阐述煤气化废水的组分,分析预分离中气-液、液-液、液-固3种分离过程,强调运行中值得关注的重要环节,掌控这些操作细节确保煤气化废水预分离顺利完成。

Crushed coal pressurized gasification process is widely used in large coal chemical projects because of its mature and reliable process technology.The components of coal gasification wastewater derived in operation are very complex.The treatment process includes pre separation,recovery of phenol and ammonia,biochemical treatment and so on.This paper expounds the components of coal gasification wastewater from the perspective of coal gasification wastewater pretreatment,analyzes the three separation processes of gas-liquid,liquid-liquid and liquid-solid in pre separation,emphasizes the important links worthy of attention in operation,and controls these operation details to ensure the smooth completion of coal gasification wastewater pre-separation.
