摘要
针对焦化厂粗苯工段生产中效率低、工艺落后以及控制系统相对繁琐的问题,在对当前粗苯二工段工艺现状及其存在问题分析的基础上,重点从粗苯二工段再生器、控制方式和排渣方式进行技术改造,并分别从再生器的耗气量和洗油黏度、洗油消耗量3个层面验证了对粗苯工艺及控制系统的改造效果。
In view of the problems of low efficiency,backward process and relatively cumbersome control system in the production of crude benzene section in coking plant,based on the analysis of the current process status and existing problems of crude benzene section 2,the technical transformation is carried out from the regenerator,control mode and slag discharge mode of crude benzene section 2,and from the gas consumption and washing oil viscosity of regenerator,the transformation effect of crude benzene process and control system is verified from three aspects of washing oil consumption.
