关于利用焦炉煤气发展氢能产业的思考

Thoughts on Using Coke Oven Gas to Develop Hydrogen Energy Industry

氢能是一种清洁、高效、无碳的二次能源,被称为“人类的终极清洁能源”,发展氢能是应对全球气候变化,构建清洁低碳、安全高效现代能源体系的重要路径。焦炉气制氢是业内公认的当前技术条件下最经济的氢气来源,吕梁焦炉煤气每年产量约100亿m^(3),可产生氢气约55亿m^(3),利用焦炉煤气制氢具有独特优势。本文分析了氢能产业发展的意义及吕梁发展氢能产业的必要性和可行性,探讨吕梁焦炉煤气制氢,进而延伸氢燃料电池的氢能产业发展路径,并就具体措施及政策环境等进行了思考、提出了建议。

Hydrogen energy is a clean,efficient and carbon free secondary energy,known as"the ultimate clean energy of mankind".The development of hydrogen energy is an important path to deal with global climate change and build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient modern energy system.Hydrogen production from coke oven gas is recognized as the most economical hydrogen source under the current technical conditions in the industry.The annual output of Lvliang coke oven gas is about 10 billion m^(3),which can produce about 5.5 billion m^(3)of hydrogen.Using coke oven gas to produce hydrogen has unique advantages.This paper analyzes the significance of the development of hydrogen energy industry and the necessity and feasibility of developing hydrogen energy industry in Lvliang,discusses the hydrogen production from coke oven gas in Lvliang,and then extends the development path of hydrogen energy industry of hydrogen fuel cell,and considers and puts forward suggestions on specific measures and policy environment.
