沿空留巷工作面回采期间防灭火技术研究

摘要 12307工作面运输巷采用混凝土模柱方式留巷,留巷段在自身裂隙以及采动裂隙等作用下容易导致采空区漏风量增加,从而增大采空区内遗煤自燃发火危险性。为确保采面回采安全,依据12307开采煤层以及矿井防灭火设备配备情况,提出综合使用注氮、灌浆以及强化监测等技术手段进行防灭火,并对各防灭火技术方案布置情况进行设计。现场应用后,采空区内温度始终保持在16℃左右,CO浓度始终在28×10^(-6)以内,取得较好的防灭火效果。研究成果可为其他矿井沿空留巷工作面采空区防灭火方案制定以及工作开展提供经验借鉴。 The transportation roadway of 12307 working face is reserved by concrete formwork column.Under the action of its own cracks and mining cracks,the reserved roadway section is easy to increase the air leakage in the goaf,thus increasing the risk of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf.In order to ensure the safety of mining face,according to the allocation of fire-fighting equipment in 12307 mining coal seam and mine,it is proposed to comprehensively use technical means such as nitrogen injection,grouting and enhanced monitoring for fire-fighting,and design the layout of each fire-fighting technical scheme.After field application,the temperature in the goaf is always maintained at about 16℃and the CO concentration is always within 28×10^(-6),good fire prevention and extinguishing effect is achieved.The research results can provide experience and reference for the formulation of fire prevention and extinguishing scheme and work development of goaf in goaf retaining working face along goaf in other mines.
