航天炉上升管和下降管堵塞原因分析及预防措施 被引量:1

摘要 针对航天气化炉上升管与下降管间环隙堵塞的实际问题,分析了堵塞的宏观检修图,探讨激冷室液位、原料煤、煤线流量对其造成的影响。结果显示,气化炉长时间高负荷运行及激冷室液位偏低是环隙堵塞的主要原因,最后从原料煤供应来源、气化炉负荷调整速度、水质及专业操作等角度给出预防措施,有益于气化炉长周期运行。 In view of the actual problem of annular blockage between riser and downcomer of aerospace gasifier,the macro overhaul diagram of blockage is analyzed,and the influence of quench chamber liquid level,raw coal and coal line flow on it is discussed.The results show that the main reasons for the ring gap blockage are the long-time high load operation of the gasifier and the low liquid level in the quench chamber.Finally,preventive measures are given from the perspectives of the source of raw coal supply,the speed of load adjustment of the gasifier,water quality and professional operation,which are beneficial to the long-term operation of the gasifier.
