某电厂脱硫吸收塔湍流器技术改进研究

摘要 主要对某电厂湍流器的结构进行改造,从湍流器的材料、结构、安装方法进行改进,并对设备改进前后以及不同负荷时的参数进行深入的分析。研究表明,使用带导流装置的框架式湍流器运行阻力更小,传质性能更佳,结构简单质量轻且解决了设备被腐蚀以及气流扰动不足等缺陷,提高了脱硫效率,增加了燃煤电厂生产效益。 This paper focuses on the structural modification of a turbulator in a power plant,mainly from the turbulator material,structure,installation method to improve,and the parameters of the equipment before and after the improvement and at different loads,to conduct an in-depth analysis.The study shows that the use of frame turbulators with deflectors has lower operating resistance,better mass transfer performance,simple structure and light weight and solves the defects of the equipment being corroded and insufficient airflow disturbance,which directly improves the desulfurization efficiency and improves the production efficiency of coal-fired power plants.
