摘要
针对化工工艺流程中锅炉汽包水位的非线性、时滞性、鲁棒性的特点,分析了汽包水位对象的动态特性和传统的控制方式,本文拟采用三冲量控制系统进行研究分析,控制系统中以水位值为主信号,给水量作为副回路反馈信号,蒸汽量作为前馈信号。其中控制器负责信号的采集以及相关输出控制计算,将汽包水位控制在一定范围内。设计中采用DSP为核心作为核心控制器,在电路设计的同时仍需考虑到系统的可扩展性和通用性,最终使得本控制系统能适用于多种生产应用场合。
According to the characteristics of nonlinearity,time delay and robustness of boiler drum water level in chemical process,the dynamic characteristics of drum water level object and traditional control mode are analyzed.This paper plans to use three impulse control system for research and analysis.In the control system,the water level value is the main signal,the water supply is the secondary loop feedback signal,and the steam volume is the feedforward signal.The controller is responsible for signal acquisition and relevant output control calculation to control the drum water level within a certain range.In the design,DSP is used as the core controller.While designing the circuit,we still need to consider the scalability and universality of the system,so that the control system can be applied to a variety of production applications.
