目前化工行业高温熔盐泵多用于湿法制酸、三聚氰胺、氧化铝制备等领域,所使用的熔盐为三元熔盐,运行温度在400℃左右,熔盐作为热载体,输送至后续工序加热反应物料和移除反应热,作为制酸装置核心设备,该设备能否高温状态下连续不间断运行,直接决定制酸装置长周期稳定运行。

At present,the high temperature molten salt pump in the chemical industry is mostly used in wet fields of legal acid,melamine,alumina and preparation,etc.The molten salt used is ternary salt,the operating temperature is about 400℃,molten salt is used as a thermal carrier,transported to the subsequent process heat reaction materials and remove reaction heat.As the core equipment of the sulfuric acid device,whether the equipment can operate continuously at high temperature directly determines the long-cycle stable operation of the sulfuric acid device.
