摘要 为降低采空区遗煤自燃威胁,依据30903工作面实际情况,对井下采空区内液氮防灭火技术方案进行设计。现场应用15d后,采面内各位置监测到的CO体积分数均降低至3×10^(-6)以内,采空区遗煤自燃问题基本得以解决,可满足工作面煤炭安全、高效回采需要。研究成果可为类似情况下其他矿井回采工作面防灭火开展提供经验借鉴。 In order to reduce the threat of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf,the technical scheme of liquid nitrogen fire prevention and extinguishing in underground goaf is designed according to the actual situation of 30903 working face.After 15 days of field application,the volume fraction of CO monitored at each position in the mining face decreased within 3×10^(-6).The problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf can be basically solved,which can meet the needs of safe and efficient coal mining in working face.The research results can provide experience and reference for the development of fire prevention and extinguishing in mining face of other mines under similar conditions.
