阐述了时下快速发展的建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的概念与应用情况,结合当前炼油化工建设项目现状和面临的挑战,探索分析在设计、施工阶段全面应用BIM技术的项目管理模式,提出加强建设方在项目安全、质量、进度及费用和文档等方面的精细化管控手段,为智慧化工地建设和项目高质量的数字化交付提供有益参考。

This paper expounds the concept and application of the rapidly developing building information model(BIM)technology.Combined with the current situation and challenges of petrochemical construction projects,this paper explores and analyzes the project management mode of fully applying BIM technology in the design and construction stages.It is proposed to strengthen the fine control means of the construction party in terms of project safety,quality,progress,cost and documents.It provides a useful reference for the construction of smart chemical land and high-quality digital delivery of projects.
