摘要
针对煤矿井下自动化综采技术落后、综采效率低、安全性差的情况,开发了一种新的煤矿井下自动化综采控制系统,该系统以"感知、决策、执行、运维"四个智能化控制模块为基础,实现了井下综采作业的自主判断和决策。根据在煤矿的实际应用可知,该自动化综采控制系统能够将井下作业人员数量降低60%,将综采效率提高25.7%。
In view of the backward technology,low efficiency and poor safety of underground automatic fully mechanized mining in coal mine,a new underground automatic fully mechanized mining control system is developed.Based on the four intelligent control modules of"perception,decision-making,execution and operation and maintenance",the system realizes the independent judgment and decision-making of underground fully mechanized mining operation.According to the practical application in coal mine,the automatic fully mechanized mining control system can reduce the number of underground operators by 60%and improve the fully mechanized mining efficiency by 25.7%.
