实验室废水处理现状与污染防治对策

Current Status of Laboratory Wastewater Treatment and Pollution Prevention Countermeasures

实验室废液、废水由于缺乏具体的管理标准和相应的处理措施,导致大部分实验室废液未严格进行分类收集同废水直接排入下水道,不仅增加了城镇污水处理厂负荷,同时也对生态环境造成严重危害。基于此,提出对实验室废液按照危险废物进行分类收集管理并委托有资质单位收运集中处置,对实验室综合废水提出一种综合处理工艺来保障污水排放达到排入城镇下水道水质标准。

Due to the lack of specific management standards and corresponding treatment measures,most laboratory liquid waste are disposed directly into the sewer without strictly separate collection,which not only increases the load of urban wastewater treatment plants,but also damages the ecological environment extremely.Based on this,it is proposed to classify and manage laboratory liquid waste according to hazardous waste standards and entrust qualified company to collect and transport them for centralized disposal.In addition,a comprehensive treatment process for laboratory liquid waste is discussed to ensure that sewage disposal meets the water quality standards for urban sewer system.
