摘要
目的探讨阅读联合怀旧疗法对中老年抑郁症的治疗效果。方法选择2019年1月~2020年10月100例中老年抑郁症患者,数字表法随机分为两组,两组均给予抗抑郁药物,对照组患者采用常规认知行为疗法,观察组患者采用阅读联合怀旧疗法,均干预治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、纽芬兰大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)以及生活质量量表(QOL-100)。结果治疗后两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分显著降低,且治疗后观察组两项评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组QOL-100评分、MUNSH评分均显著升高,且治疗后观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阅读联合怀旧疗法用于中老年抑郁症的心理治疗能显著改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升主观幸福感以及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of reading combined with nostalgia therapy on middle-aged and elderly patients with depression.Methods A total of 100 middle-aged and elderly patients with depression from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected,and randomly divide them into two groups by number table.Both groups were given antidepressants.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional cognitive behavioral therapy.Patients in the observation group were treated with reading combined with nostalgia therapy,and all were treated with intervention for 3 months.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),the University of Newfoundland Happiness Scale(MUNSH)and the Quality-of-Life Scale(QOL-100)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the two scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After intervention,the QOL-100 score and MUNSH score of the observation group increased significantly,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Reading combined with nostalgia therapy for the psychotherapy of middle-aged and elderly depression can significantly improve anxiety and depression,improve subjective well-being and quality of life.
