奥氮平与齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者的疗效及血脂水平的影响

The effect of olanzapine and zilaxidone on the mental state and blood lipid level of schizophrenic patients

目的研究奥氮平与齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者精神症状及血脂水平的影响。方法本次研究对象选取我院于2018年11月~2020年10月收治的精神分裂症患者82例,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各41例。对照组患者使用奥氮平片,治疗组患者使用盐酸齐拉西酮胶囊,两组患者均持续治疗2个月。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后精神状况与血脂水平。结果治疗组患者的临床总有效率为87.81%,与对照组的78.05%无明显差异(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者PANSS、CGI-S量表评分均明显下降(P<0.05);组间比较无明显差异;与治疗前相比,治疗后,两组患者血清LDL、HDL、CHOL、TG水平均明显升高,治疗组血清LDL水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血清HDL、CHOL、TG水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平与齐拉西酮均能明显改善精神分裂症患者的症状,但齐拉西酮对于患者血脂水平影响相对较轻。

Objective To study the effect of olanzapine and zilaxidone on the mental state and blood lipid level in schizophrenic patients.Methods 82 schizophrenics patients were selected from our hospital from November 2018 to October 2020.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random digital table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine tablets,while the treatment group was treated with zilaxidone hydrochloride capsule for 2 months.The clinical effect,mental state and blood lipid level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.81%,which was not significant different with that(78.05%)in the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the before treatment,the scores of PANSS and CGI-S in the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no difference between two groups;Compared with the before treatment,the serum LDL,HDL,chol and TG levels of the two groups were significantly increased,and the LDL level of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the serum level of HDL、CHOL、TG(P>0.05).Conclusion Both olanzapine and zilaxidone can improved the mental status in schizophrenia patients,but the effect of zolamazone on the blood lipid level is relatively light.
