利培酮联合益生菌对首发精神分裂症患者治疗效果的分析

Analysis of the efficacy of risperidone combined with probiotics in the treatment of first-onset schizophrenia

目的探讨利培酮联合益生菌对首发精神分裂症患者的治疗效果。方法将108位首发精神分裂症患者按随机数字表法进行分配,观察组和对照组各54例。观察组口服利培酮联合益生菌治疗,对照组单一服用利培酮治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、阳性症状、阴性症状、认知功能、血清神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GDNF)及不良反应有无差异。结果治疗前两组PANSS量表、认知能力筛查量表(CASI量表)得分及各项血清学指标均无统计学差异;治疗后观察组临床总效率、CASI得分、NGF、BDNF水平均显著高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05),NSE和GDNF水平显著低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05),PANSS阳性量表与阴性量表得分、不良反应发生情况未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论利培酮联合益生菌治疗精神分裂症临床总疗效好,可有效改善患者认知功能及脑功能。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of risperidone combined with probiotics in patients with first–onset schizophrenia.Methods 108 patients with first–onset schizophrenia were assigned by randomly digital table method in two groups,with 54 patients in each group.The observation group received risperidone combined with probiotics,while the control group received risperidone alone.The clinical efficacy,positive symptoms,negative symptoms,cognitive function,NGF,BDNF,NSE,GFAP and adverse reactions were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PANSS score,CASI score and serological indexes between the two groups.After treatment,the total effective rate and CASI score,NGF,BDNF levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,NSE,GFAP levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive symptom score,negative symptom score and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with probiotics has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of schizophrenia,can effectively improve the cognitive function,brain function.
