平顶山市肺癌初诊患者心理应激、焦虑抑郁现状及相关因素调查

The psychological stress,anxiety and depression status and related factors in newly diagnosed lung cancer patients in Pingdingshan City

目的探讨平顶山市肺癌初诊患者心理应激、焦虑抑郁现状及相关因素。方法2020年7月1日通过网络使用事件影响问卷(IES-R)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)和病人健康问卷(PHQ-9)对337名肺癌初诊患者进行调查。结果共调查372名患者,收回有效问卷337份,有效率为90.59%。心理应激检出率64.69%,焦虑情绪检出率为57.57%,抑郁情绪检出率为59.05%;多元线性回归分析显示,癌症TNM分期、婚姻状态、居住地、是否发生转移、家庭人均月收入及医保类型是初诊肺癌患者应激反应的影响因素;癌症TNM分期、年龄、婚姻状态、家庭人均月收入、是否发生转移及入睡困难是初诊肺癌患者焦虑及抑郁情绪的影响因素。结论平顶山市肺癌初诊患者心理应激、焦虑抑郁发生情况较为普遍,危险因素涉及癌症TNM分期、年龄、婚姻状态等。

Objective To explore the psychological stress,anxiety and depression status and related factors of newly diagnosed lung cancer patients in Pingdingshan City.Methods 337 newly diagnosed lung cancer patients were investigated by Internet use event impact questionnaire(IES-R),generalized anxiety scale(GAD-7)and patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9)on July 1,2020.Results A total of 372 patients were investigated,337 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective rate was 90.59%.The detection rate of psychological stress was 64.69%,the detection rate of anxiety was 57.57%,and the detection rate of depression was 59.05%;Multiple linear regression analysis showed that cancer TNM staging,marital status,residence,migration,family per capita monthly income and medical insurance type were the influencing factors of stress response of lung cancer patients diagnosed for the first time in Pingdingshan City;cancer TNM staging,age,marital status,family per capita monthly income,metastasis and difficulty falling asleep are the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients with lung cancer diagnosed for the first time in Pingdingshan City.Conclusion Psychological stress,anxiety and depression are common in newly diagnosed patients with lung cancer in Pingdingshan City,and risk factors involve cancer TNM staging,age,marital status,etc.
