慢性精神分裂症住院患者人际信任状况及其影响因素分析

A survey of interpersonal trust and related factors among chronic schizophrenia inpatients

目的探讨慢性精神分裂症住院患者的人际信任状况及其影响因素,为制定相应的治疗、护理和康复措施提供依据。方法随机选取在精神专科医院住院的慢性精神分裂症患者进行现况调查,评定人际信任量表,分析患者的人际信任状况及其影响因素,同时选取该医院的工勤人员作为健康对照组。结果109例慢性精神分裂症患者及61例健康对照者完成有效问卷调查,前者人际信任得分明显低于健康对照组(Z=-3.710,P=0.000),不同程度家庭支持的慢性精神分裂症患者人际信任得分差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.915,P=0.019)。Spearman相关分析结果显示慢性精神分裂症患者人际信任评分与阳性与阴性症状量表总分(r=-0.197,P=0.040)及阳性量表分(r=-0.442,P=0.000)均呈负相关,与阴性量表分、年龄、病程、住院次数均无直线相关关系(P>0.05)。结论慢性精神分裂症患者症状越重,家庭支持水平越低,其人际信任较差。临床医护人员应重视慢性精神分裂症患者的人际信任状况,采取有针对性的治疗、护理干预及康复措施。

Objective To investigate the condition of interpersonal trust and related factors among chronic schizophrenia inpatients,in order to provide the basis for treatment,corresponding nursing intervention and rehabilitation measures.Methods Chronic schizophrenia inpatients in psychiatric hospital were chosen randomly and surveyed through Interpersonal Trust Scale.The condition of interpersonal trust and related factors were analyzed among chronic schizophrenia inpatients.Meanwhile,workers in this hospital were selected as the health control group.Results 109 inpatients and 61 health control finished the survey.The interpersonal trust total score is lower than the health control group(Z=-3.710,P=0.000),and the difference of interpersonal trust total score was statistically significant between different degree of family support(χ^(2)=7.915,P=0.019).The score of interpersonal trust have negative linear correlation with positive and negative symptom scale total score(r=-0.197,P=0.040)and positive symptom scale score(r=-0.442,P=0.000),and have no linear correlation with negative symptom scale score,age,course of disease and hospitalization frequency through the Pearson analysis(P>0.05).Conclusion The interpersonal trust total score is low and associated with more severe the symptoms and lower level of family support among chronic schizophrenia inpatients.Clinic doctors and nurses should specially focus on the condition of interpersonal trust and implement corresponding treatment,nursing intervention and rehabilitation measures.
