心理护理联合舒适护理对肾病综合征患者焦虑和抑郁程度、依从性及生活质量的影响

Effects of psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing on anxiety and depression,compliance and quality of life in patients with nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨心理护理联合舒适护理对肾病综合征患者焦虑和抑郁程度、依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月~2021年5月于本院收治的肾病综合征患者106例,依据随机数表法将其分为对照组及观察组,53例对照组患者给予常规护理干预,53例观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予心理护理联合舒适护理。比较两组患者干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分及治疗依从性。结果干预后,观察组患者SAS及SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者治疗依从率高于对照组(P<0.05),干预后,观察组患者行为能力、生理功能、心理功能及社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于肾病综合征患者提供心理护理联合舒适护理,有利于缓解患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量及治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing on anxiety and depression,compliance and quality of life of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 106 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.53 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and 53 patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),SF-36 and treatment compliance were compared between 2 groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the treatment compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),after intervention,the scores of behavioral ability,physiological function,psychological function and social function of observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with nephrotic syndrome to provide psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing,is conducive to alleviate the adverse mood of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and treatment compliance.
