叙事护理对抑郁症患者病耻感的影响

Analysis of the influence of narrative nursing on the stigma of depression patients

目的分析抑郁症患者治疗期间应用叙事护理的临床应用价值。方法选择本院2019年5月~2020年5月收治的抑郁症患者87例,根据患者入院顺序以奇数,偶数随机入组,对照组(42例,采用常规护理干预),观察组(45例,在对照组基础上联合叙事护理),比较两组患者护理前后病耻感评分、负性情绪、生活质量、生活积极应对评分以及护理满意度评分。结果两组患者经临床治疗、护理干预后各项评分均有明显改善,患者病耻感明显下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者在临床治疗中,采用叙事护理干预,能促使患者勇于表达,便于掌握患者病情发展,提供针对性护理干预,改善患者病情,护理效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of narrative nursing intervention during treatment of patients with depression.Methods A total of 87 depression patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the time they went to see a doctor.The control group(42 cases,using routine nursing intervention),and the observation group(45 cases,on the basis of the control group,combined with narrative nursing),the stigma scores,negative emotions,quality of life,positive life coping scores and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After clinical treatment and nursing intervention,the stigma scores,negative emotions,quality of life,and positive coping scores of life were significantly improved in the two groups of patients.Among them,the observation group had better improvement than the control group.The satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of narrative nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of depression patients can encourage patients to express themselves,facilitate the grasp of the patient's condition development,provide targeted nursing interventions,improve the patient's condition development,and the nursing effect is significant.It is worthy of clinical application.
