摘要
采用气相色谱法测定人乳及市售的7种不同畜牧乳脂肪酸的组成,并对人乳和多种畜牧乳的不同脂肪酸类别、质量分数、特点、营养效益等进行差异性分析,进而得出了可以把和人乳脂肪酸质量分数相近的动物乳经过比例调整后,作为人乳的替代品,满足市场的需求和人体的需要。
This paper analyzes and compares the different fatty acid types and their contents,characteristics,nutritional benefits,and the differences between human milk and other animal milk.It is concluded that animal milk with similar fatty acid content can be used as the substitute of human milk after adjusting the proportion to meet the market demand.
