微等离子射频技术序贯自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究微等离子射频技术序贯自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效及安全性评价。方法回顾笔者医院2018年6月-2021年3月收治的80例面部凹陷性瘢痕的患者,按照不同的治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组行两次微等离子射频技术治疗,观察组在微等离子射频技术两次治疗后间隔1.5~2个月行自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗。两组患者治疗前及治疗结束后3个月,观察记录脂肪存活情况、术后不良反应,评估前后的治疗效果、患者的满意度,对比患者瘢痕凹陷程度、血管分布、颜色、柔韧度,采用温哥华瘢痕量表评分。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%显著高于对照组的72.5%;观察组满意度为92.5%显著高于对照组的72.50%;观察组不良反应发生率为5.0%显著低于对照组的25.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组VSS总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组VSS总评分均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微等离子射频技术序贯自体脂肪颗粒移植加快减小了瘢痕凹陷的深度,改善了瘢痕的柔韧度,治疗过程无明显不良反应,满意度提高,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of micro plasma radiofrequency technology and autologous fat particle transplantation in the treatment of facial concave scar.Methods 80 patients with facial concave scar treated in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2021 were reviewed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with micro plasma radiofrequency technology twice,and the observation group was treated with autologous fat particle transplantation at an interval of 1.5~2 months after the two treatments with micro plasma radiofrequency technology.Before treatment and 3 months after treatment,observe and record the fat survival and postoperative adverse reactions,evaluate the treatment effect and patient satisfaction before and after treatment,compare the degree of scar depression,vascular distribution,color and flexibility,and score with Vancouver Scar Scale.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,significantly higher than 72.5%of the control group;The satisfaction of the observation group was 92.5%,significantly higher than 72.5%of the control group;The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.0%,significantly lower than 25.0%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total score of VSS between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total score of VSS in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro plasma radiofrequency sequential autologous fat particle transplantation speeds up,reduces the depth of scar depression,improves the flexibility of scar,has no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment process,and improves the satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
