自体脂肪臀部填充致厌氧菌感染一例报告

A case report of anaerobic infection caused by autologous fat transfer for gluteal augmentation

感染是自体脂肪移植术后严重并发症之一,厌氧菌是广泛存在于人体各器官的正常菌群,特殊情况下可发生严重感染。现有一例32岁女性患者,因臀部形态欠佳来院就诊,行自体脂肪移植臀部填充术,术后出现感染,经细菌培养及基因检测主要致病微生物为二路普雷沃菌(Prevotella bivia),属无芽孢革兰氏阴性厌氧杆菌。经清创引流及全身应用抗菌药物等联合治疗后,患者成功治愈出院,本文对该病例进行分析讨论。

Infection is one of the serious complications after autologous fat transplantation.Anaerobic bacteria are a normal microflora widely found in all organs of the human body,and serious infection can occur under special circumstances.A 32-year-old female patient was referred to poor hip morphology and underwent autologous fat transplantation.Later,severe infection occurred.The main pathogenic microorganism caused by bacterial culture and genetic testing was Prevotella(Prevotella bivia),which was a nonspore gram-negative anaerobic bacillus.After debridement and drainage and systemic antimicrobial combination treatment,the patient was successfully cured and discharged.The case was reported and discussed in this paper.
