在面部老化中,唇部与口周的老化是占有重要比重的部分。由于唇部与口周存在多个表情肌的交汇,在表情的活动中显得更为频繁,因此唇部的衰老更为迅速、显著。其形成机制也包含各种解剖学因素及光老化因素,根据其成因,唇部与口周年轻化主要的治疗内容在于恢复容量、口角提升、口周皮肤年轻化这三个主要方向。近年来随着临床技术与材料学的发展,以光电治疗、肉毒毒素的治疗、注射填充以及线技术为代表的非手术治疗得以广泛应用,并取得了较好的治疗效果。但目前唇部与口周老化的研究仍在初始阶段,深入探究唇部与口周的老化的原理对于综合治疗方案的制定及实施具有重要的指导意义。

In the aging of the face,the aging of the lips and the mouth is an important part.Due to the intersection of multiple expressive muscles between the lips and the mouth,they appear more frequently in the activities of expressions,so the aging of the lips is more rapid and significant.Its formation mechanism also includes various anatomical factors and photoaging factors.According to its causes,the main treatment contents of lip and perioral rejuvenation lie in three main directions:restoring volume,improving the angle of the mouth,and rejuvenating the perioral skin.In recent years,with the development of clinical technology and materials science,non-surgical treatments represented by photoelectric therapy,botulinum toxin therapy,injection filling,and line techniques have been widely used,and good therapeutic effects have been achieved.However,the current research on lip and perioral aging is still in the initial stage,and in-depth exploration of the principles of lip and perioral aging has important guiding significance for the formulation and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans.
